## Dead Thrdz Custom Commission Agreement

### 1. Custom Commission Services

Dead Thrdz provides custom 1-of-1 clothing design and upcycling services. Each piece is handmade and unique to your specifications.

### 2. Order Process

- **Consultation:** Submit your vision through our custom order form with reference photos and budget
- **Design Confirmation:** Shaun Williams will contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss your design and finalize details
- **Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total price) is required to secure your commission
- **Production:** Once approved, your piece will be handcrafted in Atlanta, typically taking 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
- **Final Payment:** Remaining balance is due before shipment
- **Delivery:** Your completed piece will be shipped to your provided address

### 3. Payment Terms

- Deposits are **non-refundable** once production begins
- We accept: Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay
- All prices are in USD
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes

### 4. Custom Design & Revisions

- Initial design consultation is included
- Up to 2 design revisions are included in the commission price
- Additional revisions beyond 2 will incur a $25 fee per revision
- Significant design changes may affect timeline and pricing

### 5. Materials & Sourcing

- If you provide a base garment, we will use it as specified
- If we source the garment, you approve the selection before production begins
- All materials used are high-quality, either vintage/thrifted or new, depending on your design
- We reserve the right to suggest material alternatives if your original choice is unavailable

### 6. Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
- Domestic (US) shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch
- International shipping available upon request
- Dead Thrdz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders

### 7. Returns & Exchanges

- Due to the custom nature of our work, returns are **not accepted**
- If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund
- Exchanges for different designs are not available; custom orders are final once completed

### 8. Intellectual Property

- Your custom design is unique to you
- Dead Thrdz may feature your completed piece on our social media and website for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise
- You retain all rights to your design; Dead Thrdz will not recreate it for other customers

### 9. Timeline & Delays

- Typical production time is 2-4 weeks
- We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible
- Delays due to material sourcing or unforeseen circumstances may occur; we will communicate proactively
- Rush orders (1-2 week turnaround) are available for an additional 25% fee

### 10. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be requested before production begins
- If production has started, the deposit is non-refundable
- If production is complete and you cancel, you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee

### 11. Quality Guarantee

- All pieces are handcrafted with attention to detail
- Minor imperfections are part of the handmade aesthetic and are not considered defects
- We stand behind our work; if there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost

### 12. Limitation of Liability

- Dead Thrdz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the commission

### 13. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled through small claims court or binding arbitration

### 14. Privacy & Data

- We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address for order fulfillment
- We will not share your information with third parties without consent
- We may use your photos for promotional purposes with your permission

### 15. Changes to Terms

- Dead Thrdz reserves the right to update these terms at any time
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
